Old Seafordians team consisted of six players led by Nick Tull and his foursomes pairs:

Nick Tull (c) & Max Farrant

Neal Fox & Tim Banks

John Wheatley & Kieron Russell

Update and team news as of 27th June 2017 from skipper Nick Tull

Seaford Old Boys Golf Team have been drawn to play against Millfield at the finals of the Grafton Morrish, and the course we are to play them on is Royal West Norfolk (or Brancaster as it is otherwise known). This will be a tough fixture against Millfield who have a strong record in the competition and a large pool of pro' sports orientated alumni. The winners go through to play the winner of the Charterhouse Vs Brighton College match.

Neal Fox has to have an operation on his left arm that he badly damaged during the qualifying at North Hants GC back in May and will be in a cast for several weeks so no more golf for him this year, a terrible shame.

So I have drafted in Will Gilsenan to take Neal's place in the team in Sept/Oct.

Will Gilsenan was part of the original team of 6 who qualified in 2014 for the finals but at the time was expecting a baby and was unable to come to Norfolk with the team later that year, so what better replacement for Neal than someone who should have played 3 years ago but couldn't make it, Will is a steady golfer and is very welcome to the team in the circumstances.

The team are sourcing new team tops for the finals and if you are interested in supporting the team, just let us know.

Thanks to Nick for his skipper efforts and hope all the practice makes perfect!
